Contact Lens Follow Up Examination
(For EXISTING Patients)

This exam is for current patients who have recently had a Contact Lens Examination and require follow up. Patients are allotted ONE follow up visit within 60 days of his or her original exam for a spherical fit lens, or TWO follow up visits within 60 days for a toric or bifocal/monovision fit at no charge. Any additional visit is $30 per visit. This exam takes approximately 15 minutes.
