We are super duper excited to announce that MOSCOT is now available in Indonesia! The newly opened menswear boutique, OTOKO (otokostore.com), is where you'll find our MOSCOT Originals and MOSCOT Sun Collections. It was an intimate evening, as MOSCOT fans put their best frames forward, while perusing the store displays. Over nibbles and music spins, the store opening was a huge success and we're so flattered and proud to have been a part of it all.
An enormous THANK YOU to our awesome MOSCOT distributor, We Do Asia, for bringing MOSCOT to Indonesia!
First up, the Ambassadors, who treated us to a super special acoustic set, which had the crowd on their feet, foot-stomping and hand-clapping in keeping with the beat — an awesome start to the afternoon!
Next up was Dent May from Mississippi, who brought their quirky blend of rock and electro indie pop, bouncing off amps with boundless energy! Their enthusiasm was addictive, as the crowd danced the afternoon away.
The final set featured ARMS (ex-Harlem Shakes), who closed the show with an intimate, stripped down performance of songs from their album, "Summer Skills" -- the perfect end to CMJ. Until next year!
We heard first-hand our LIVING HISTORY story told with such passion and joy in so many different languages – French, Mandarin, Italian, Korean...and the list goes on! -- and what MOSCOT meant to many of our fans and distributors. We truly felt the MOSCOT love. It was all very humbling and exciting.
Of the many MOSCOT fans with whom we met , here are a few of our favorite and most memorable SILMO moments! A BIG THANK YOU to all for an awesome SILMO…and we'll see you next year!

Under the beautiful Basilica Palladiana in Vicenza, Italy, fashion, music, and the world of optics were brought together for a night of mingling and DJ-spinning, all in honor of MOSCOT. Held on September 30th at Borsa Bar, The LEBA and The SHAYNA were poster stars and MOSCOT fans were hard to miss! Bravissimo!
GRAZIE MILLE to Flavio, a member of the MOSCOT family in Italy, for organizing this gorgeous event!

Brotherhood - that's what defines Brooklyn's Ambassadors, whose album Litost was released digitally this January. Officially starting in 2006, Sam Harris (vocals), his brother Casey (keyboard), and middle school friend Noah Feldshuh (guitar) had been playing together for years before Adam Levin (drums) joined. Ambassadors recently performed at Lollapalooza and have toured the US and UK opening for acts such as LIGHTS, Breton and Local H.
Dent May writes and records homemade pop music in Mississippi, where he was born in 1985. He began songwriting at age 12. The following year, he started a band called Flood, who covered Creed and 311 and sold homemade cassettes to classmates. In high school, heavily influenced by Elvis Costello and The Cars, Dent fronted a power-pop band called The Rockwells. Feeling like an outsider in Mississippi, he retreated to the Internet, where he spent his time soaking in pop music and culture from around the globe. After dropping out of NYU film school, his musical endeavors have included a debut LP of ukulele tunes on Paw Tracks, dance recordings under the Dent Sweat moniker, and a mysterious unfinished psych-country rock opera called Cowboy Maloney's Electric City.
ARMS is what happens when the back burner bursts into flame. A one-time side project transformed into a full band, ARMS synthesizes years of bedroom experimentation and sharpens them into a single bright blade. Todd Goldstein has been writing and recording songs as ARMS since 2004 — although never quite like this. During his years playing guitar in NYC-based indie rockers Harlem Shakes, Todd quietly self-released his own music as ARMS, sneaking home-recording sessions in his rare spare time. Todd’s first album as ARMS – the luminous, ramshackle pop of Kids Aflame – was released on Melodic Records (UK) / Gigantic Music (US) in 2008 to enthusiastic Internet-praise. When Harlem Shakes disbanded in the summer of 2009, Goldstein expanded ARMS into a full band. The group immediately began writing the songs that
would become their debut album Summer Skills with producer Shane Stoneback (Vampire Weekend, Sleigh Bells, Cults). Summer Skills, ARMS’ true full-band debut, explodes Todd's previously lo-fi pop into a widescreen epic, telling a fractured tale of love under supernatural circumstances.
