Introducing Three New MOSCOT Spirit Collection Styles: The AVERY, CHARLA, and TAYLOR,
Plus Brand New Colors for Existing Spirit Styles.
Say adios to Old Man Winter with three vibrant new styles from the MOSCOT Spirit Collection that will have flowers blooming and birds singing. MOSCOT introduces The AVERY, CHARLA, and TAYLOR, the newest additions to The MOSCOT Spirit Collection.
The AVERY – A classic, rounded silhouette, The AVERY is for the super smart professor who happens to be hot enough that he distracts from his own lecture. Made from acetate, The AVERY features a five barrel hinge, saddle bridge, two dot rivets on the temple, and an oversized temple tip. Available in Grey and Tortoise.

The CHARLA – This delicate cat eye frame is for the woman who’s equally comfortable scouring the flea market for vintage couture as she is scouring the skies for Cassiopeia. Made from acetate, The CHARLA features a five barrel hinge, two dot rivets on the temples, and a saddle bridge. Available in Matte Black and Olive Horn.

Big THANKS to our friends at GQ for this awesome post on their blog about the amazing collaboration between MOSCOT and photographer, Terry Richardson. The limited edition frame was launched yesterday and we're psyched for this awesome coverage. Here's what they had to say about The TERRY: As it's impossible for you to have forgot, many of our favorite GQ shoots — Megan Fox eating this nice cherry, the Glee kids looking grown-up, Paul Rudd wearing hair curlers — have been shot by Terry Richardson, the infamously bespectacled photographer. Made in collaboration with the man himself, Moscot's The TERRY replicates the same bold, curved, and key hole bridge-equipped pair worn by Richardson at every shoot—and, as evidenced by the exclusive first look above, Dr. Moscot, too. There's only 350 available, so act fast.
Seattle-based Fences played a great set on Saturday with their subtle yet striking music that filled up The MOSCOT Gallery. Fans packed it in to hear favorites from their self-titled debut album. It was a great show and we look forward to hearing more from Fences in the future!
Made for the man who has spent countless hours shooting his own originals, MOSCOT introduces The TERRY LE – a new limited edition collaboration inspired by iconic photographer, Terry Richardson and his signature aviator specs.
A fixture on Terry, and often spotted on the faces of his subjects and the celebrities he shoots, The TERRY LE is as angular as it is oversized – essential for hours spent creating magic behind the lens. The frames – limited to only 350 pairs (225 Black, 125 Grey) – are laser numbered for authenticity and shipped in their own special edition cases.
The faithfully reproduced TERRY LE is made of acetate with a key hole bridge with cut out detail, a five barrel hinge, and two dot rivets at the temples, and is available as ophthalmic eyewear or sunglasses, with or without a prescription.
The NEBB, in a special, limited edition Matte Black color. Like a New York city street in the summertime, these frames are hot. And when they're gone, they're gone for good!
The limited edition frame is available in a large size 51, as an opthalmic frame or sunglasses, with or without a prescription.
The NEBB LE in Matte Black is available exclusively at MOSCOT NYC shops or online.
Whether you’re reading online or gasp, an actual book, look fashionable doing so. Ditch your disposable reading glasses and instead opt for MOSCOT Ready Readers, new reading glasses fashioned from select eyewear from The MOSCOT Spirit Collection.
These ready-made reading glasses are made of first quality ophthalmic lenses, which eliminates distortion prevalent in many drugstore readers. These quality ophthalmic frames can be custom adjusted to fit your face, just like all MOSCOT eyewear. And, if your prescription changes, you can keep the frame and replace the lenses – try doing that with a drugstore reader!
The MOSCOT Ready Readers, part of The MOSCOT Living Collection, debuts with The SAJA and The ZASO in a variety of colors and powers.
The SAJA – A modified cat eye that is sexy, flattering and bold, but won’t overwhelm the face.
The ZASO – A study in contrasts, this frame is soft around the edges, but thick across the temple. Its chunkiness gives it an edge, but the tailored styling reins it in. It’s a shout, not a scream.
Check out these incredible windows from two of Melbourne's top shops -- Luna Eyewear and Wink Optometrists. Both shops curated windows so true to MOSCOT and our downtown NYC heritage, you'd think the shops were located in the Lower East Side instead of Down Under. Cheers to our mates in Australia!
Ciao Bella! We are blown away by the gorgeous windows the shopkeepers of Ottica Barberin created to help launch The MOSCOT Sun Collection in Italy! Ottica Barberin is a fantastic shop located in an old palace right in the center of the charming town of Pescara! The windows look fantastic and we're ecstatic to be featured in such a beautiful space - grazie, grazie, grazie!
Check out our friend, The Grungy Gentleman, wearing The JORDAN in the Del Toro Spring 2011 Campaign. Jace, a great friend and huge MOSCOT fan, has once again shown his support. We're extremely flattered. Looking great, Jace!
